Hidden Ratings Still Appear
I'm not sure if this is a bug or maybe just a difference in understanding or preference but there's a couple of cases where settings are set to hide certain ratings, etc but such ratings are able to still be seen on certain screens.
Example 1: Our league plays with only potential ratings (no overall or current ratings). On player scouting pages, the "Overal Rating" graph is blank (as intended) but the "Overall and Potential" graph still appears to display the overall rating.
Example 2: Our league settings have it so we use player personality ratings but such ratings are not displayed on the player profile page. Currently in OOTP 21, such personality ratings are still viewable on player search grids and still allow you to filter to players with "high work ethic" as an example. It could be just difference in opinion but it seems if I intend to hide player personality ratings on the player page, I'd probably also want them hidden on other screens. Or maybe an additional option is needed in the settings to allow users to hide from all screens.
