No negative comments about him eh? So he's the Eugene Church of baseball, or Eugene is the Al Kaline of the forum then? Also, sorry for your loss. It sounds weird to say, but when someone forms the soundtrack of so many summers, it's crushing when they die. We went through it up here when Tom "Touch 'em all Joe!..." Cheek died at the end of the 2005 season. I was absolutely gutted, as were many Blue Jays' fans.
