Has anyone ever had an initial solid report? I realize they could eventually become useful players, but I've never seen anyone more than 1 star at first, in all my years with this game. |
Scouts with better ratings in international and money spent on international scouting will help here but you're rarely ever going to get any gems. It's all about developing these players and hopes they will eventually turn on a switch.
The initial report on them is probably outdated. Scouting reports have been tweak in the last few years to not totally crap on prospects. Not sure if this was touched or not for international findings.
