This is specific to the Twins farm system but maybe someone else knows the answer.

The lower end of the farm system is confusing. There appear to be multiple Rookie level leagues and I can't figure out the hierarchy of them. I will put them below in the order they appear in the game with their descriptors in parentheses.

Twins (MLB)
Rochester Red Wings (AAA)
Pensacola Blue Wahoos (AA)
Fort Myers Mighty Mussels (A+)
Cedar Rapids Kernals (A)
Minn. DSL (Dominican Rookie League, R)
Elizabethton Twins (Appalachian League, R)
Minnesota GCL (Gulf Coast League, R)

I don't understand how I should be promoting within the last three leagues. Are they all equal? Is there a true Hierarchy? Any clarification would be helpful as I don't want to screw up the development of players. Thanks in advance.
