Ok so I couldn't wait for them to appear on the add ons and I was able to get a copy of the skin files from the steam game. They are found on my google drive below:

I was able to install them just fine on my non-steam verson of ootp and copied my custom files without any problems however I will still say the standard disclaimer: "proceed at your own risk!"
