Grandview Picks up Eigth Win Against Adams City

The Grandview High School Wolves picked up a win at home, knocking off the Adams City High School Eagles, 5-2. Starting pitcher Sandy Rogers was an essential part of his team's success.
The victory gives the Wolves a record of 8-3.
Rogers allowed 2 runs over 8.2 innings. He also racked up 13 strikeouts.
"Good team win," skipper Scott Henry said. "I love it when a plan comes together."
Grandview will take on Pomona High School in their next 5A match-up.
