So this is something that may have been an issue for some time, but I don't usually pay attention to the trading block.

I have found instances where a player gets traded (for this example, Rich Porcello and Chris Archer), but either they are not removed from the trading block OR their new team is placing them immediately on the trading block. Has anyone else noticed this? I can't tell if there's any real impact, as the trading deadline just passed (and of course, there's no more waiver trades).
