Pardon me if i disturb,but after 6 years with my NY RANGERS,and i'm seriously in race for the Stanley Cup.. in the offseason i've met a problem/BUG

i've made a trade with the ST. LOUIS BLUES on the draft day (22-6-25)

i've sended Adam Fox and a 1st round pick
to obtain:
rights of KEEGAN HOLMBERG (young and really strong d-man,19 years but playing in CHL)

on 23-6 i can offer the contracts to unsigned draftees,ok..
i can't offer the contract to Holmberg!
next day he's wearing St.Louis jersey but i have the rights,and cannot take him to my team!! (he's on NYR protected list)

i really need to fix this issue!
i need Holmberg to play in my team especially for the salary cap!

Can someone try to help me please?

i must to send my saved game via mail to fix it?
