International bonus pool - trading
Is the game setup to enable bonus pool money trading? I believe this is in the current MLB so hoping this is an option in OOTP.
Also, is it true that if you go over your bonus pool limit, the following year you have severely reduced international bonus pool money?? I believe MLB reduces it to $300,000
