Sorry, I'm new to the game. Just trying to get this so that I can access it on OOTP 21. A friend of mine put it together and I want to install it on OOTP 21. It says I have to download it from this server, so just trying to make that connection. Does anyone have any advice? Getting a bit frustrated. I have the file, I loaded it into the appropriate folder and it appears on my quickstart menu in game, but can't get it to work.
