Just because your rating is 'poor' doesn't mean you will be fired. Termination is based upon keeping your owner happy - ie attaining the goals that have been set for you. Winning (and being financially responsible) cures all ills, but it's not the only component. Just pay attention to your Owner Goals, as noted above.
