Yes you can...
Load the game you made the parks in... Click the League Options button on the right side... Click on Edit Ballparks in the Editor section... On the next screen click on the Actions drop down menu, then click Export all Ballparks, then click OK...
Then load up the new game where you want to add those parks...
Click on the team drop down menu at the top center of the screen, click Team Settings, then click Edit ballpark upper right, click Actions drop down menu, click Manually import data from file into this park, you will then need to point it to the Import /Export folder of the other saved game where the park files reside... Then select the park you want to import... Repeat as needed...
