OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Ordered Game 5 days ago and still nothing

I am not sure where else to post - so hopefully somebody sees this and can point me in the right direction.

I pre-ordered OOTP 21 off the FastSpring web store on March 18th and I have still not received any confirmation or key despite being charged. I have been in contact with customer support from both OOTP and the Fast Spring Site - and nobody has been able to help me. From everyone I have talked to there is no record of my purchase despite me providing an invoice with an order number and a screenshot of my bank where I have been charged.

If somebody could please help me figure this out I would greatly appreciate it. I understand response times are slow with the recent virus - but I have been ignored for the past several days and I would just like to get this resolved ASAP.
