I am. The way I understand it, I'm signing them to a minor league but the player has the option to become a FA after the 30 day window if they choose. I'm taking it as none of the guys decided to leave, but if I keep them down the entire season, they just earn a minor league salary, not the money I signed them to "If they are called up to the Major Leagues"
