As soon as the roster guys set the rosters, the AI changes it when you load the game up. If they fill the 40 man roster the AI will pick the best players it sees and will DFA a bunch of players. Nothing can be done bc the AI doest see names just numbers. In real life the best 40 players are not the ones on the 40man roster
