If you plan on running this over the long haul (20-25 seasons) I would say bring 2 teams every 2 years. It’s just a little more organic and had less of a shock to the league as a whole. That’s how I did it last year and it work out really well.

If you’re looking for another Canadian city, I’d say Ottawa and Winnipeg would be appropriate. They’re both pretty good sports cities. I added a team from Mexico City. There is a huge appetite for baseball there. So rather than having another Texas team, I went that route. Some really good potential rivalries with the Rangers and Astros.
