Rookies are Gone
I held the amateur draft and unchecked Enable Advanced Draftee Signing after the draft. I always do this but usually when I design the league. This has left all drafted rookies in limbo, they did not appear on the lowest level Rookie ball club and otherwise cannot be accessed.
