For game software, it is a fantastic thing.
We were implementing some business software and we were getting very fast responses to things we wanted changed, realized that it was because our CFO had bought software that was still being designed and we were the first buyers. Software never did work to the level we purchased it for.
So, great in a game like this, not so great in business!
