Activation issues.
I have read the above post through and through and still cannot activate my game. The Help Desk has not been updated for 21 yet and that is not to be expected, however, I am trying to figure out why I cannot activate my game and the same steps as above are the same detailed on the help desk.
All the hyperlinks in the helpdesk do not work either, they take you to a webpage that does not work. I am excited to play 21 as I started on 20 and played countless hours. I appreciate your hard work but I would like to be able to play early as this is the reason I preordered.
