My worst move in OOTP was a trade. I wanted to acquire a Shortstop and in the process of completing the trade "threw in" a young pithing prospect.
This pitcher when on to be one of the best SP in league history. 7 time pitcher of the year, 15 all-star games. An absolute beast.
And the Shortstop? He lasted 4 years after I got him and played so so ball, at best.
