Because of the emblem on the chest, I'm not sure that this is a Red Sox uniform, but the headline over the photo (and the photo of Rip Collins next to it) reads: "Red Sox Pitchers On Whom Duffy Is Counting A Lot." This is from the Boston Globe of March 23, 1922. Dodge had been up with the Red Sox the previous year.
