If you are pondering about taking over the Seattle franchise, don't be intimidated by the losing record. This is one of the best and easiest OOTP leagues to try and turn around a franchise. Not only do you get high draft picks, but you will have a budget that is equivalent to every other team. Many young talented players in the minors will soon join a solid core of veterans.
