Is it possible somehow to vote for players to go to the All-Star game in OOTP 19 & 20 while playing perfect team mode? If so then how do I do it? I know how to in single player but not for perfect team.

If I sell a perfect team card that I leveled up on other positions will the buyer get the card with the leveled up training benefits or will it go back to normal?
