Which of these would you consider the more successful owner of an OOTP franchise in an online league (or are they the same?)

Owner 1: Has won 5 championships in the 20 seasons of the league he is in yet only made the post-season 6 of the 20 years;

Owner 2: Has won 2 championships in the 20 seasons of the league yet has only made the post-season 10 of the 20 years;

Owner 3: Has never won the championship but has been in the post-season 19 of the 20 years.
