The worst owner I have ever had happened to be an adult in his late 20s-early 30s(just a guess from where he was in his company), while one of my best owners graduated from college this year.
Yes, it's true a decent amt of trouble comes from younger players. But, it's not physical age that matters in this case. It's mental. And boy do I know some adults who have the mental age of a 2 year old
