also what exactly do all of the coaching ratings even mean? It would be nice just to have some clarity. Tired of playing the guessing game and tediously picking guys that I feel would fit my scheme without knowing if it's actually changing anything or not. Also the coaches need more personality. Make them "feel" more alive somehow.
