The first series of the season vs the Rockies ends in a split

We managed to win game 1 behind an amazing performance of our opening day starter Caleb Smith. He went 7.1 innings allowing 4 hits 0 ER and recording 10 K´s. Sergio Romo managed his first save of the season

As expected Wei Yein Chen didn´t have a good performance on game 2 and we were beaten by 12-5. The bullpen gave up 6 runs in the final 4 innings and JT Riddle made the first home run of the season for the team (he had 2 in the game)

March 30th game against the Rockies finished with a win for our team thanks to clutch hitting from the number 5 hitter Alfaro and a good performance from Zac Gallen (making his major league debut) and giving 4 ER in 7 IP. Sergio Romo had a scoreless 9th. He has been great in his two outings and he might keep the closer job.

The last game of the series against the Rockies was tough loss. Trevor Richards did an amazing job and went 7 IP with 2 ER. The offense failed to make clutch hits, leaving 16 men on base. Granderson had his first HR of the season

Austin Dean who had six hits in 14 PA sustained Shoulder tendinitis and he will be DtD. I still haven´t define who will replace him in the starting lineup
