I actually just found out info. I actually started with OOTP 3 & missed 1 & 2...Here's the reasoning
In 2001, a retail (physical media) version of
OOTP3 called
Season Ticket Baseball was released.
[35] Released a year later was its sequel, a retail version of
OOTP4 titled
Season Ticket Baseball 2003.
If I'm not mistaken I remember having to download the datebase fro Sean Lahman called Lahman Database. So, All I can claim is I've been playing the game since SEASON TICKET....It's from Markus becasue his named is on back of box. Anyway...however long it's been its been great
