Yes I have, and even though PzC 2 is improved, I still prefer the OOB graphics. Also, OOB has certain strategic features that I like, such as supply lines. Correction: Both games are hosted by Matrix/Slitherine but the designing studios are quite different. OOB makers wish they had a franchise like PzC.
EDIT: I should add, by the way, that Civilization is what got me started with video games. That and High Heat or Hardball, whatever it was called. OOB and OOTPB (which acronyms I mix up constantly) are my two current favorites although I will return to Civ one day.
EDIT 2: I was thinking "either/or" but actually it was probably both because a quick look in Wikipedia reveals that they both were former baseball video games:
Hardball and
High Heat. I probably owned them each of them. Little did I know then what was in store for the future.
