Would like a PDF version, which would accomplish that purpose, but by keeping it in HTML on the web, they can make changes on the fly and not worry about old PDF versions floating around.

I printed the entire manual for OOTP 6.5 and had it in a binder. I don't remember the format then, but I can't see myself printing out several hundred web pages.
