Orville Riggins
Orville "Bill" Riggins was a shortstop and third baseman whose Negro Leagues career spanned the years 1920-35 playing mostly for the Detroit Stars and New York Lincoln Giants. He is shown here with the Detroit Stars in a photo from the Seamheads.com website.
