Gotcha- seems like this would affect me, then.
I just wanted to ask since it is still being finalized...also simply because it's important that people voice their opinions on new features. If the feature ends up being locked for those not playing in commissioner mode unless owner approval is granted or AI decides to build a new stadium, it really loses its appeal and yet again worsens the penalty for making the mistake of starting a save in Challenge Mode.
My parks already have random factors attached and I don't care to change all of that; I mostly want cosmetic differences between the stadiums to make playing the games out manually a bit more interesting. I guess I'll have to keep an eye on how this will be implemented, as there's no point in upgrading if I'm going to be playing more seasons in the same stadium regardless of actual game location.
