This is arguably a minor point (pun intended) but have there been improvements to how cities/towns are chosen when adding minor leagues to a fictional game?
What I would most like is a system where if I have major league teams in other countries (i.e. Canada, Mexico or Cuba) that all the minor league teams aren't also in the same country. What would be preferable is if I could pick a geographic area for the minor league first, similar to how the major league set-up works. I know I can go in after the first set of locations have been made and edit them into a more coherent context - this request is only in order to save me time - yes I know that's selfish and I'm a terrible human being.
