I am having issues with my settings and resolution.

By Default I had to game set at "Full Screen" and the resolution was "Maximum". Everything seemed and looked very good. Been playing it that way since I first bought the game.

However I was wondering something, and I found the answer on here (being able to actually assign young players to high school or Bantam, jr B, ect teams). Screen shots were shown. things I don't have in my game, like the drop down for teams ends at Romania. I thought that was the end of the list. But nope. There is still like 10 counties including "generic teams", underneath Romania that I can't access. scrolling does not work and it doesn't automatically scroll for me either.

According to the topic, changing the resolution should do the trick.

I cant change it. When I go into settings I am able to change everything, and it saves, but when I reload my game it still loads as "full screen" and "maximum". Absolutely nothing happens. Like just now I changed it to windowed, and picked the smallest resolution. exited the game and reloaded it. Loaded as full screen and "maximum". Looks exactly the same as it always did. When I back into settings, it says "windowed" and the changed resolution. but it didn't load that way.

Issue with the game, or something with my computer in general?
