Issue: Long-term online league that seems to be sliding heavily to the offense and chewing up pitchers (inflated ERA's and surrendering HR after HR it seems).

I would like to tweak to bring things back to "baseball" of today and then essentially keep it there for consistency. Is there a one checkbox solution, for example the middle checkbox that has never been checked in our league settings (as seen in the picture)?


And is there anything else suggested to bring us back in line with expected baseball stats.
