In windows the config.ini is at:
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Out of the Park Developments\Title Bout Championship Boxing 2.5
You might not have the Roaming folder, Out of the Park Developments could be directly under AppData.
The parameters you need to change are at the very bottom of the file, under Web Options. Put in the dates listed above as YYYYMMDD followed by six zeroes.
