on my current file(standard game) i'm noticing that more and more teams are having cap problems. I'm in the off season atm so not sure what the teams will do but is there a way to fix this? I think i raised the cap by 2million when i started. For example: I'm on august 1st right now, Anaheim is at the salary cap and only have 19 contracts.
edit: i simmed to pre-season start, not sure it's even cap problem, but for some reason a bunch of teams are staying around 25 contracts.
