Nander De Sedas hit a pinch-hit home run off St. Louis starting pitcher Steven Brault with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning to snap a 2-2 tie and help give Des Moines a 3-2 win at LaBatt Park.
The Harvesters had tied it at 2 an inning earlier when Cody Bellinger took Brault deep.
Des Moines starter Sixto Sanchez worked six innings, allowing two runs on four hits.

Jandel Gustave (3-1) held the River Walkers scoreless in the seventh and earned himself the win.
Omar Benitez pitched a scoreless eighth and Bryan Garcia followed suit in the ninth for his 15th save.
