Rather than keeping us guessing, can you tell us what team is available. From looking at your Export History, it could be as many as 6 teams. DC, Indianapolis, Salt Lake City, Wichita, and possibly Austin and Seattle. Appears you need more than one GM for this league.

Also from reviewing rather quickly your constitution, it appears you have promotion/relegation. Take some time to 'sell" your league to the OOTP faithful. List general rules and any other important info that you feel would attract us to your league.
