ACADIANS ATOP SIL FIRST LEAGUE
In the early going of the new South Island First League it's the Bar Harbor Acadians atop the standings... the Acadians sneaked by the Des Allemands Eagles 2-1 this weekend for their second win in a row... the Labadieville Pelicans nicked the Claiborne Cardinals 4-3 and the Opelousas Lions won a close one from the Mystic Mariners 2-0... all games were pitcher's battles.
