This issue has come in previous versions of the games, and its happening in the current version where I start negotiating contract extensions with pending UFA's and usually in the first two years I get a lower salary and then eventually rises year by year.

But when I ask for "Ask for Response" and then the player agrees with the terms. I don't get a "submit offer" option.

I am currently having the issue playing as Calgary Flames in the year 2020.
