The proper way to make the Opener/Follower option work.

I thought I understood, followed Matt's most recent postings on it. I've tried all the various combinations (Opener in the starting rotation with the follower designated as such - both showing this designation. Vice versa, and setting with and without the opener or follower designation checked).

The thing is, I'm seeing work properly occasionally, about 1 in 10, but otherwise I'll see either the opener open without the follower following. Putting the follower into the rotation always ends up with him starting and going 5+, with the opener filling his normal relief role.

So, I'm sure this must be human error. Something about the order in which things are done is my guess. But I've tried so many variations that I've reached a point where I'm confused by my own efforts.

Again, I have seen it work properly on occasion, never consistently.

If anyone feels they have a sure fire understanding of how to make this work properly, I'd really appreciate the help.
