Catcher defense should be more separated out
There are distinct skills such as: throwing out base runners, pitch framing, and blocking pitches
Some catchers, Yasmani Grandal for example, are great at framing but poor at blocking and throwing. OOTP doesn't really model this with only Arm and Catcher Skill.
