The Paris bats didn't have their usual hitters leading the way as Michel and Mercier combined to go 0 for 10. The team opted to start Juhan in the OF, putting Henri on the bench.
In the 10th inning it was 0 for 4 Herve Delage who drilled one into the seats in left centerfield for a 3-2 lead. Thomas Dupin worked a scoreless 10th as he posted up 2 innings of shutout ball earning the win.
The series is tied at 2 games each.
In the Expedition/Diamond series Ottawa made short order of Le Diamant as they swept them right out of the playoffs with a 4-1 win. 36 year old William Mangin, who went 7-13 on the season, pitched a CG game allowing the Diamonds just 4 hits and 1 walk. He fanned just one.
