JACKS, COYOTES STILL TIED FOR 1ST, JUST 3 GAMES TO GO
17 Weekends are down, just three more to go in NIRL baseball... and Jackson and Dutton are in a dogfight for the North Island Recreational League First Division flag... they both have 12-5 records... both hung tough this past weekend... and both clubs rang up victories... the Jackalopes got by fifth place Stockdale 4-1... however, the Coyotes had their hands full with third place New Yerby, finally edging out the Yanks 1-0... and fourth place Kofa nipped last place Union Heights 4-3.
