Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the Las Vegas Aviators
Opened just this past season, this park is so new that the Google Earth view is basically a vacant lot. Cashman Field in downtown Vegas, where minor league teams had played since 1981, still stands but is being converted into a soccer-first stadium for the USL. City National Arena, where the Vegas Golden Knights maintain their offices and practice rinks, is just beyond the left field wall.
Not having Google Earth as a reference presented some interesting challenges as I had to guess on some measurements, but ultimately it turned out pretty well. I'm particularly proud of the scoreboard - the 3D ads were all done using a free SketchUp plugin that imports DXF files (which Inkscape can output) far more reliably than the existing SVG importer I had been using.
