Very similar to Waddell, but with lower MOV (-3) and better CTRL (+7). It's a tossup depending upon how you weigh those two factors. I agree 300K, more at first due to the novelty.
I have seven RHP rated higher than any of the LHP: Young, Johnson, Maddux, Hoyt, Walsh, Schilling, and Martinez. Some of them are cheaper than the lefties, but it is nice to have a couple of LHPs for playoff matchups.
