These should be subject to change. Every generated/created scouting director and team doctor has had static attributes and reputations from the time the game creates them. Scouts' reputations should improve/decline based on their ability to discover and recommend top talent at each level (majors, minors, amateur, international).

Likewise, a trainer's reputation and attributes should improve if they can further accelerate healing a player's injury (i.e. Marcus Stroman coming back from a torn ACL in 5 months in 2014) or if they aren't preventing injury in spite of their skills/specialties.

Overall, it makes no sense to me why all other coaches' reputations change based on their teams' records player performances. Same should go for scouting directors and team doctors.
