I think my ideal implementation would be automatic creation of a "<year> draft shortlist"

There would be some element in the UI to filter by the shortlist during the draft.

The shortlist would persist after the draft so that you could track your shortlisted guys for years to come to see how they did.

I realize you can manually create a "2020 draft" short list, etc, but as far as I know there is no way to filter a draft by guys on the list.
