Hey all, I`ve also posted this in the General Discussion sub forum, but could not hurt posting this here

I`ve made an association, with four European leagues, each with 10 teams..

Neither of these leagues have a playoff, and the champions and runners up advance to the association playoffs

The problem is the association playoffs never start. I`ve tried all sorts of different association playoff settings, like round robin and double elimination, but the thing never start, is this a bug, am I doing something wrong?
